Can I merge duplicate entries of the same contact?


Yes, you have the ability to "merge" contact entries. To do this you will go to CONTACTS > [Contact Name] > Click the MERGE CONTACT button (on the right under the status) > in the pop-up window click the drop down list and choose the contact you want to merge > click the MERGE button.
