I noticed that the unsubscribe link doesn't appear in the agreement email. Can you please explain?


The unsubscribe footer is implemented in campaign (subscription-based) types of communications (newsletters, emails, and autoresponders). This is required by the legislation regarding online communications (someone who subscribed to your Console communications needs to have the option to unsubscribe by law) and the Console system needs to comply with it.

In the other types of (system or client work-based) communications (from the Notification Templates section in My Account: such as Account Details Notification, appointment Confirmations and Reminders, Password Reminders, etc.) and also the agreement emails, the unsubscribe link is not included because they are correlated with activities the contact is already performing in your system, more or less, so there is an implicit previous consent.
