What does the "FROM" field look like to the recipients of coach notifications (i.e. Client Log Entry, Reminders, Course Discussions)?

The route is a bit more complicated. Your Console communications are sent to clients from [e-mail] in the name of your email address via SendGrid (third party emailing service we use to deliver and monitor the Console communications). In order to comply with the SPAM regulations and to be sure that your recipients receive your communications, the "FROM" field looks like this:

• When a message first lands in your recipient's inbox and is "unread": Your Console Business Name will appear as the sender.
• When a message has been opened by the recipients, they see your Console Business Name through sendgrid.info.
