How can I find a specific entry in my Client Logs?

There are two ways of searching for a specific client log entry, that you can use in combination:

  1. You can tweak the display interval for the logs (in CONTACTS TAB > CONTACT NAME > "Client Log" View All> the by dates), to look for older entries.



  2. Initially, when you create your log entries, you can also use the wording in the subject line to make them more specific, so that later on you can easily search for a specific conversation or topic based on the subject line.

    Use the "Search notes" feature in left hand corner. Enter keyword(s) in the search field to find relevant client logs. This search will also find text in other content such as emails, session notes, and appointment descriptions.
