How do I edit or delete an available block of time?

To edit or delete an available block of time, click on the block and from the pop-up menu select “View Available Time”

Once you select "View Available Time" the block of time details will pop-up and on the lower part select "Options".



Once clicking on "Options" it will provide you the following option:




1. Edit Series

  • What it Does: Changes all occurrences of a recurring availability block.
  • When to Use: If you want to adjust all instances of a repeating time slot (e.g., every Monday at 2 PM) across the series.
  • Example: You want to extend the time slot from 1 hour to 90 minutes for all upcoming Mondays.

2. Edit This Available Time

  • What it Does: Updates a single occurrence of an availability block without affecting the rest of the series.
  • When to Use: If you need to modify the availability for a specific date without altering the recurring schedule.
  • Example: You’re unavailable next Monday at 2 PM but want the rest of the series to remain unchanged.

3. Delete

  • What it Does: Removes either a single availability block or the entire series based on your selection.
  • When to Use: If you want to cancel availability completely, either for a specific instance or the entire recurring series.
  • Example: You no longer want to offer appointments on Mondays at 2 PM moving forward or need to cancel a specific Monday due to a conflict.
