How does the Google 2-way sync work? It seems to be very slow.

When the 2-way with Google is initiated, it needs up to a few hours to transfer the data between calendars (the more events you have, the more time it can take). The Google servers indeed have some automated intervals of its own to make those updates; it does not happen immediately.

And you cannot really force Google to work faster. Using the 'Sync Now' in the Coaches Console helps with updating visually the Console calendar with the Google events if that data is provided already by Google, in case there are some delays in the visual interface of your browser.

But, after the initial stage, going forward the syncing should take significantly less when it's just a few (new) events that you schedule or change in either calendar (Google or Console).

When you notice delays more than a day, you should submit a support ticket to us with the details, so that we can investigate (from the 'Help/Support' section in the bottom right corner of your Coaches Console system).
