Why would a client who registered from my opt-in form never appear in my Prospect list?


In order for a prospect to be added to your website from the Opt-In form on your website, they must enter their first name, last name and valid email address. Then, when they click "Submit", your system automatically adds them to your Prospect list which can be found at CONTACTS TAB > PROSPECTS. If their name was not added it could be because they didn’t complete all of the fields or their Internet connection disconnected before clicking "Submit".
