When I created usernames for some of my clients, I received the following message: "The specified username is already in use, please select a different one". What is the explanation?


Usernames are unique in our system, so if your client has an account with us on their own (as a coach) or an account with someone else (as a client of another coach), or if it simply happens that a client of another coach already has the exact same ID, that username will not be available to use by any other account holder. If you get this message, you should vary a bit the username (add some extra letters or numbers) to increase its chances of being unique in the system.
