Is there a back-end copy of what I have on the Coaches Console prior to any uploading that could be accessed and re-instated if something goes wrong?

You can export a copy of your contacts list before attempting a new import to have a backup in case something goes wrong. You can also contact us if a problem appears and we can try to help you restore the contacts list to the state prior the import. This can take some time, as we need to look through the database.
