How can I un/subscribe my contacts to/from my communications?

1. UN/SUBSCRIBE AN INDIVIDUAL CONTACT TO/FROM EMAILS, NEWSLETTERS & AUTORESPONDERS:

Receiving group emails and newsletters (A) is different than receiving autoresponders (B). They have separate subscription settings.

A. Group emails and newsletter subscription settings are managed by the coach in the client's Personal Information form: in Contacts menu > Contact Name > link 'Edit info' at the top right corner > scroll down to section 'Subscription Settings'.

Important note 1: This only means that the contact will be eligible for being sent these types of communications, from Communicate menu > Newsletters and Emails sections. When sending the actual messages, you need to select the names of the specific contacts (emails) or the group they belong to (emails, newsletters).

Important note 2: This setting does not impact the ability to email a contact directly, which you can do anytime regardless of their group emails and newsletter subscription settings status.

 

B. Autoresponder subscription settings are managed by the coach in the client's Autoresponders section: in Contacts menu > Contact Name > Autoresponders section to the right of the main contact page > link 'View all' > turn on/off each autoresponder series, depending on the case.

3. UN/SUBSCRIBE MULTIPLE CONTACTS TO/FROM EMAILS, NEWSLETTERS AND/OR AUTORESPONDERS

You can do this with the Advanced Search tool in the Contacts section (video tutorial).
