How do I add someone to my Console Contacts list?

You can add contacts manually one by one by clicking the "+ Add Contact" on the CONTACTS. You can also import a contacts file (in .csv format) by clicking on the "Import/Export Contacts" icon with the counterpointing arrows in the lower left corner of your screen and following the instructions provided there.
