I am considering hiring a VA (virtual assistant). How would that work? Will she have a personal login and password or will she use mine?

Currently the assistant would login as you; you just give her your login credentials. And of course, she will see everything you see. If that is a concern, a recommendation would be to have her sign a confidentiality agreement before you give her access to the system.
