Hi, I activated my membership today but the product is not working. It says that I need to upgrade to Internet Explorer 7+. I already am using version 7. I even upgraded to Internet Explorer 8, and it still does not work. Please advise.


We've checked for causes that might prevent you from using our website and I have a suggestion to try before we schedule a meeting.

Look at the print screen from here http://i.msdn.microsoft.com/dynimg/IC73886.gif  and see the highlighted option. That should be checked. To get to that screen, when you are in your IE browser, click on Tools->Internet Options->Advanced and then scroll down to Security.
