Where do we go to see past tickets in the Help Desk system?

The past tickets can be accessed from the 'Help/Support' section in the bottom right corner of your Coaches Console system.

The quick path is to go to the tab 'Support Tickets' and click on the 'eye' icon to the right of the ticket history you are interested in reviewing.

This will take you in your Support Center account to the ticket history page/thread.

Also, once in the Support Center account, as an additional path you can click on your Profile drop-down list (top right corner) > My Activities, to get to your list of tickets ('My Tickets').




To access older tickets, simply click on one of the existing ticket subject line links.
