Can a client receive the appointment reminder (and other messages) on two or more email addresses?

Yes. Navigate to the CONTACTS TAB > CLIENT NAME > PROFILE > "Email Addresses" section. Within the email fields you can enter multiple email addresses by separating each email address with a semicolon.

For example:
email1@coachesconsole.com; email2@coachesconsole.com

You can have as many email addresses in any of the email fields as you desire.
