How do I take notes for a group appointment?

When you schedule a "Group Appointment" you can go to the Appointments area of any member assigned to that group/group appointment and click on the "Take Notes/Call Strategy" for the respective group appointment. At the very bottom of the "Take Notes" section is the "Session Notes" box where you can write your follow up notes for the group. You will notice that it has the group name next to the "Appointment Notes to E-mail to {Group Name}" and when you type in the follow up notes in this box and check the "Email Client Notes" box then EVERYONE in the group will receive the follow up notes.

It doesn't matter which member of the group you choose, as all of the Session Follow up Notes are assigned to the group.
