Are the appointment confirmations and reminders sent to the clients different than the ones sent to me as coach?

The appointment confirmation and reminders can be customized by creating or editing templates on your coach end (CALENDAR TAB > Notification Templates), where you can use the available replacement tags to include various bits of information. That being said, the data included in the sent confirmations and reminders is a bit different depending on the recipient (client or coach).

The client receives the following:

  • Appointment details (time, date, title);

  • The appointment time is in the time zone of the client;

  • Coach's phone number (that is listed in MY ACCOUNT);

  • Link to call strategy (if this option is checked under MY ACCOUNT).

The coach receives the following:

  • Appointment details (time, date, title);

  • The appointment time is in the coach's time zone;

  • Client contact details (work phone, mobile phone, home phone).

So, if you scheduled the appointment, sent the confirmation and/or reminder and are viewing the reminder that was sent to your inbox as the coach, then it will have the client contact information included. When your client receives the same reminder, it will have included your contact information as coach.
