When the appointment reminders are sent to the client, what information is in their reminder and is it different from the reminder that I receive as the coach?

The appointment reminders are sent to both the client and to the coach. The data included in each is a bit different depending on the recipient. The client's appointment reminder is sent to the email address that is listed under the client's file in the "Personal Info" form. Here is what each email reminder looks like:

The client receives the following:

  • Appointment details (time, date, title);

  • The appointment time is in the time zone of the client;

  • Coach's phone number (that is listed in MY ACCOUNT);

  • Link to call strategy (if this option is checked under MY ACCOUNT).

The coach receives the following:

  • Appointment details (time, date, title);

  • The appointment time is in the coach's time zone;

  • Client contact details (work phone, mobile phone, home phone).

So, if you scheduled the appointment, sent the confirmation and/or reminder and are viewing the reminder that was sent to your inbox as the coach, then it will have the client contact information included. When your client receives the same reminder, it will in fact have your contact information included.
