If the same client schedules a Complimentary Session and then subscribes via another Opt-In form with the same email address, the Console will identify her/him as the same client (and it will also subscribe her/him to the associated autoresponder). If, however, the same client schedules a Complimentary Session and then subscribes via another Opt-in Form with a different email address, then the system will treat her/him as two different clients and treat them as such in the settings. The email address acts as a unique identifier in the system for the client.
From the Opt-in form subscription point of view, what happens if the same person (first time visitor, for example) Opts-In to the Mailing List and also Schedules a Complimentary Session?
