People who schedule a Complimentary Session do not get assigned automatically to an Autoresponder series. If you want them to receive the Opt-in Autoresponder messages, you need to go to CONTACTS > CLIENT NAME > “Autoresponders” View All section, check the radio button of the autoresponder series and click on the “save” button.
