All appointments scheduled in your Console system (once they occur in the past) are, by default, added to the Paid column in your certification report (even if you don't invoice for them). So, for any barter coaching, just schedule your appointment like normal and that is it. The system will record it automatically on your certification report. And if there is nothing to invoice, don't create an invoice (or if you did create an invoice, you can manually mark it paid choosing the “Barter” option). To do that: Go to CONTACTS > CONTACT NAME > “Invoices” View All. On this page, you have all the invoices ever created for your client. You can select the date range for the invoices using the “Filter List” then selecting the period dates. Click on the VIEW option in the menu to the right of the invoice to open it for editing. Use the “Add payment” button and, in the payment “Method” column, click on the drop-down menu and select “Barter”. Select a payment date and click the “Apply” button.
It's my understanding that barter coaching counts toward paid coaching for certification. How do I log the bartering clients, as there will be no invoicing?
