All appointments scheduled in your Console system (once they occur in the past) are, by default, added to the Paid column in your certification report (even if you don't invoice for them). So, for any barter coaching, just schedule your appointment like normal and that is it. The system will record it automatically on your certification report. And if there is nothing to invoice, don't create an invoice (or if you did create an invoice, you can manually mark it paid choosing the "Barter" option). To do that: Go to CONTACTS TAB > CONTACT NAME > "Invoices" tab. On this page you have all the invoices ever created for your client. You can select the date range for the invoices of interest using the "From" and "To" date fields at the top, then click on the "Show Invoices" charcoal button. Click on the VIEW option in the menu to the right of the invoice to open it for editing. Use the "Add payment" button and, in the payment "Method" column, click on the drop down menu and choose "Barter". Choose a payment date and click the "Apply" button.
