Can we validate the Paypal API credentials? I got a "validation failed" error when I clicked it.


You don't need to validate the PayPal API settings, but make sure the settings are correct in your PayPal account, according to the instructions we provide in the screenshots (BILLING > SETTINGS > Recurring Billing > PayPal API Credentials). The validation step is only required for the section "Authorize.net / PracticePay CIM".
