Can I attach a file to notes anywhere under the client's menu?

To include an attachment for your clients, this can be done under the CLIENT LOG section of your system. This will allow you to upload a Word doc, excel spreadsheet, PDF, etc and it will be posted (and saved/archived) in the system for you and your client to access at any time. 

Navigate to CONTACTS TAB > CONTACT NAME > "Client Log" View All > click on the button "ADD NOTE", type an entry and attach your file which you will have to options.

1. Select Documents (This will let you add an existing Document on your Coaches Console).

2. Attach Documents (This will let you upload a document from your local drive).



Be sure to check the option "Shared with Client" option. Then click save note to post the log entry. Your client will receive an email in their inbox letting them know you just made a post and uploaded a file for them to access and review.
