Can I attach a file to notes anywhere under the client's menu?


To include an attachment for your clients, this can be done under the CLIENT LOG section of your system. This will allow you to upload a Word doc, excel spreadsheet, PDF, etc and it will be posted (and saved/archived) in the system for you and your client to access at any time. 

Navigate to CONTACTS TAB > CONTACT NAME > "Client Log" tab > click on the button "ADD NEW LOG ENTRY", type an entry and attach your file with the button "UPLOAD FILE". Be sure to check the option "Show log to client" option. You also have the option to send an email notification to the client about the log. Then click save to post the log entry. Your client will receive an email in their inbox letting them know you just made a post and uploaded a file for them to access and review.
