How can I open my Console exported clients list in Excel?

The Console download files are in the standard .csv format (comma separated values) and they can be opened in Excel if the proper path is followed: File > Open > Select downloaded file. You will be taken to a Text Import Wizard. In step 1, select the Delimited option. In step 2, select Comma. In step 3, leave General and click on Finish. The data should then arrange properly into columns.
