Is it possible to create a new group? Not a sub-group, or list but a new group at the same level as "Active Clients" or "Inactive Clients".


Active or Inactive clients are not groups per se, but the designated status of a client. At this time, the Coaches Console is not set up to create an additional "Status" (such as Active, Inactive, etc.). What you are able to add is a "Group" with a name of your choosing.

    Hi, I am wondering if your programmer/s have been able to set the system up to Add - Additional Statuses for a client? I saw back in May 2015 that it was not available, is it available now?
