The .csv (comma separated values) is the only file type that the Coaches Console supports for importing a list of contacts. Most, if not all the 3rd party services you are using to build your contacts lists will allow you to export the lists as a .csv file, that you then can import into the Coaches Console.

It's encouraging to read "those programmes will create the correctly formatted.csv file etc.
I'd like to also have a step by step guide so am heading over to the getting started manual - if it is in there might be useful to add that here and point us to it?
