Can a client see the appointment session notes on the private portal?

If you are using the “Session Notes” (in CONTACTS > Client Name > Appointments  > “+ Add Notes” icon to the right of an appointment), there are two options: (a) you can “Send notes to client” (b) you can also copy them in the Client Log for that particular client by checking the option “Copy notes to client log” at the bottom of the section for client session notes.

Of course, if you have other entries in the Client Log (not related to appointments), they will be mixed with the copied session notes for appointments (the Client Log entries are ordered by date).
