Yes, there are a couple of ways for the clients to see their past and future appointments:
1. On the client dashboard in the "Coaching Activity History" section, they can click on the "Appointments" link to get the list of their appointments. However, the display interval here for the number of appointments is limited by the system to approximately the last year.
Also, for the list of future appointments, the clients go to the Calendar page on their private portal to view them.
2. Or they can sync an external calendar with your Console calendar: on the Calendar page of the client portal > click the "Calendar Active Sync" link (top right corner under the client private menu), select their external calendar platform and follow the instructions from there. Important here to keep in mind is that, via this sync, the clients will only see their own appointments with you, NOT all your appointments (with other clients) in your Console calendar.
