Is there a way for the client to see their past appointments?


Yes, there are a couple of ways for the clients to see their past appointments (all past and future appointments, in fact):

  1. On the client dashboard in the "Coaching Activity History" section, they can click on the "appointments" link to get the full list of their appointments.
  2. Or they can sync an external calendar with your Console calendar: on the Calendar page of the client portal > click the "sync" link (top right corner under the client private menu), select their external calendar platform and follow the instructions from there. Important here to keep in mind is that, by this sync, the clients will only see their own appointments with you, not all your appointments (with other clients) in your Console calendar.
