Your email address is something you obtain separately from your Coaches Console (we do not provide email addresses as part of our services).
Under the MY ACCOUNT > COMMUNICATION SETTINGS, there are a number of fields in which you can enter your email address. This is the email address for wherever you currently receive your emails from. This is simply inserted here in your MY ACCOUNT settings so that your console system knows where to send information and where to redirect replies that come from your clients/contacts, etc. Your clients do see the email address that is listed in the "Default Email Address" field.
