The Console does not provide or host an email address for the coach. You need to provide an email address of your own to use in the Console and the system will send the communications in the name of that email address. The clients cannot reply to you in the Console. The client's Communication Log (CONTACTS TAB > CONTACT NAME > "Other Communications") only features the messages sent to the client by the coach from the Console.
Do I have to obtain my own email address or does The Coaches Console provide that for me?
