One way is to create an email template. If you did not do that before sending the original email, you can click on the COMMUNICATE > Emails > "Sent Emails" section > PREVIEW command from the drop-down list to the right of the respective email. When the email is displayed, you can highlight/copy/paste into a new email message (or template if you think you'll use this message again). We recommend using the icon "Paste and Plain Text" in the editor menu in order to avoid unwanted formatting and then format the text inside the editor.
