The Coaches Console tracks and controls messages sent from our server and we make sure your messages are being sent properly and successfully. Once the messages leave our server, there are many variables that we no longer can control (other email hosting companies, servers, spam filters, etc).
Other email companies send millions of emails each day, their servers are known by most email providers as "trusted". Each email provider has its own algorithm to detect Spam emails, but the basic is this: they don't care about the "From:" field. They care about the server where the email originated. When the email provider (of your client) detects multiple emails from the same server that remain un-replied or deleted without reading, they move it to spam since their spam algorithms think it's unsolicited email. If you/your client mark it as "not spam" the server will be trusted again. Aweber and Constant Contact are always listed as trusted because they are the biggest in the field and their servers have a special status.
