The error is caused by a setting in your PayPal account. This is what you need to do to correct it:
- Log into your PayPal account and click on Profile (top of the page to the right).
- Click on My Selling Tools (in the menu to the left of the page).
- In the Selling Online section, search for Website Preferences and click on the Update link to the right.
- In the Website Payment Preferences, scroll down to the section Encrypted Website Payments and turn off the option “Block Non-encrypted Website Payment”.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and save the modification.
- Test again on the Console website the purchase of a product. It should work now.
