What are the steps for uploading a recording for Audio Acrobat please?

When you are logged in to your Audio Acrobat account, click on the desired audio recording title/link, then click on the "Publish for Web and Email" tab. Here you'll have a couple of options.

OPTION 1:

1. If you want to post the playbar inside the Client Log, then under "Publish for Website" section click on "Publish Classic" and choose your desired playbar design.
2. At the bottom, click "Next Step."
3. Scroll to the bottom and click "Generate HTML Code" (this will open a box with a lot of funky looking code).
4. In the first HTML Code box click 'Highlight All" button and then copy (Ctrl + C on a PC or Command + C on a Mac).
5. Then inside your Coaches Console system, click on CONTACTS > Client Name > Client Log.
6. Within the Content Editor inside the Client Log click on the source code button.
   Version 4 of the Coaches Console system:
   
7. Paste the HTML code (Ctrl + V on a PC, Command + V on a Mac) you copied from Audio Acrobat into the source code window.
8. IMPORTANT! You must add an "s" to the audio URL in the code or the player will not show up correctly. So http://www.audioacrobat.com/playweb?... becomes https://www.audioacrobat.com/playweb?...
   
   
   
   
   
9. Click "OK" and this will insert the playbar into your Client Log

OPTION 2:

Is to simply paste the recording URL instead of the playbar. If you desire this option, then under the Publish for Web and Email Tab within Audio Acrobat you would click on the "Publish for Email" button, under the "Text Only Link" section simply highlight and copy the URL provided. Then go in to your Console System (as described above) and simply paste in the URL into your client log for the desired client.
