The system tracks invoicing, receiving of payments (both on-line and manually marked as such by the coach), as well as some business reports (invoicing report, projected income report), and generates and sends electronic receipts via email. We connect with the accounting software QuickBooks (desktop version only; online version not supported yet), so that you can easily export your invoicing and payment data and from there access other business reports, expenses, budgets, etc.
What are the financial features of the system? Is it just billing and invoicing, or are there tools for budgeting and tracking expenses?
