How do I export appointments from the Coaches Console calendar to other calendars?

There are two ways to "export" your calendar.

A. You can perform an "export" which creates a file from your Coaches Console that is then uploaded into another program. Currently, this feature is only compatible with Outlook, iCal, Sunbird, and Windows calendar. There are also 2 types of calendar data format that you can export to other devices or calendars (like Palm, Entourage, etc.): Comma Separated Values (CVS) and Tab Separated Values (TBS).

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the Calendar tab in the main blue menu (upper left in your system).
  2. Click on the "Export" link in the top right corner.
  3. Select the format in which you wish to export your calendar.
  4. Choose the date range.
  5. Check the option to include Coaches Console calendar.
  6. Click EXPORT button.

B. The second method is what we call an "Active Sync." This feature allows you to configure your Coaches Console so that, automatically your coaches console appointments are synchronized with your external calendar. To configure this:

  1. Navigate to the Calendar tab in the main blue menu (upper left in your system).
  2. Click on the "Sync instructions" link in the top right corner.
  3. Click on the pull down menu and choose the option you need. This will display the step-by-step instructions (with screenshots) for you to configure your active sync with your calendar/device.
