Groups cannot be merged. What you can do is to choose a group that you keep (perhaps rename it) or create a new one, subscribe the clients in the other groups to the group that remains (or newly created), one by one (in CONTACTS TAB > CONTACT NAME > "Profile" tab > Groups section > check the box in front of the group and save) or in mass via the Search Contacts tool where you can apply the action of autoresponder subscription to a list of clients. Then, after you migrate all the clients, delete those two groups if you no longer need them (click on the icon "Manage groups" in the lower left corner of your coach screen and click on the "Delete" button to the right of group you no longer need).
