A distinction needs to be made here. When you open a coach account with the Coaches Console, this provides you with a Console website composed of the Coaches Console main URL (coachesconsole.com) and a prefix of your choosing, because your Console website is a sub-domain hosted on the main Console website. So, your Console website URL will be like this: https://your-chosen-prefix.coachesconsole.com.
IF you have an external domain name of your own, you can point it to the Console IP and perform a domain mapping operation where your Console website will appear under your external domain name. Instructions for this are given in WEBSITE > SETTINGS > section "Website Prefix" > check the box "I want to use my own custom domain name for my Coaches Console website".
