Can I include a client in more than one group?

A client can have only one status at all times (Active, Hot Lead, Prospect or Inactive). Once established that, you can add the client to any number of groups that you create. To do that, go to CONTACTS TAB > CONTACT NAME > "Profile" tab > scroll down to the Group Information section, check all the groups you want the client to belong to, and save the changes.
