Not necessarily. People can subscribe or register in your system (via Opt-In forms used on your Console website or on your Register page). They can also provide their information in the Profile page under the FORMS menu on the private client website, but for this they need to be able to login, so you need to make them active clients or hot leads and provide them with login credentials (setup and sent by you from your coach end > CONTACTS > CONTACT NAME > "Edit Info" > Client Information section).
You can also add contacts yourself in your Console list either manually or by import.
