Why aren't the appointments with the prospects counted in the Certification Report?

We pondered this aspect carefully before we left the appointments with the prospects out of the Certification Report. The reason is this: many coaches who schedule appointments with prospects don't actually do coaching and often sample sessions are not true coaching sessions (sample sessions actually should not be counted as coaching hours in the certification report technically).

If we let prospects hours count in the Certification Report, the reports will be skewed and not accurate for certification tracking. It needs to be diligent that a coach turns a prospect into a hot lead or an active client to make sure they do in fact want to count the hours. It's a simple step to take and ensures greater accuracy in the reporting process.
