In the last two newsletter deliveries, I noticed a couple words have gaps in them. For example, the word "not" was spelled as, "n ot" and and the word "disturbing" was spelled as, "distu rbing", although I proofread and check every word. Why is that?

What we send from our server is the same thing that appears in the Communication Log and the Preview window. However, we cannot control how the text is being rendered by the email client. The best way to ensure that the newsletter looks like intended is to preview the email, before actually sending it to the clients. If you are a bit proficient in HTML, you can also check the code of the message for possible spaces between letters (maybe pasted from an external source).
