What are the differences between the Goals, Discovery, Evaluation, Call Strategy and Custom forms? Where do they appear in the system and what is unique about each of them?

There are several main aspects about form type that we are detailing below:

The custom forms are the only ones of which you can have more than one. There can only be one Goals, Discovery, Evaluation or Call Strategy form.

They appear wherever you place them in terms of menus or submenus that you create for them and whether the forms are public (they appear on the public website) or private (they appear only on the private client website to the clients that have permissions for them).

The only form you could consider unique is the Call Strategy form, which is linked to each appointment. If there are no appointments scheduled ahead, the Call Strategy form cannot be completed by the client. If there are appointments scheduled in the future, the Call Strategy form can be completed only for the next upcoming appointment.

The other forms can be completed as many times as the client wants. And there is not anything particularly unique about the other forms. Goals, Evaluation and Discovery are just standard forms in the industry that we implemented distinctly in the system at the beginning so that coaches can have them separately in terms of organization and ease of access in CLIENTS TAB > CLIENT NAME where they have their dedicated link in the client menu. But they appear together with all the other forms in CLIENTS TAB > CLIENT NAME > FORMS.

The exception is the Call Strategy form; the answers the client gives to this form for each appointment are featured for the coach in the session notes section for each appointment (CLIENTS TAB > CLIENT NAME > APPOINTMENTS > button "Take Notes/Call Strategy" to the right of the appointment).
