Where can I find the link to a Console page that I want to use externally (on Facebook, etc.)?

Go to Website > Pages and use the option to 'Copy URL' from the drop-down list to the right of each page. Please notice that only public pages will be accessed by people externally. If the Console page is private, then people need to be clients and log into your Console private website before they can see it.
