1) Audio: You can upload audio files in emails (as attachments, as long as they do not exceed 20Mb in size). And you can attach audio files to Client Log entries (here the size does not matter). But in these cases, the clients will need to download the files and play them on their local devices. The Console does not have an audio player. Here is where other services like AudioAcrobat can record and store your video files, and provide you with links to them that you can use anywhere, such as in the Console.
2) Video: You can upload video files in the Client Log entries. In this case, the clients will need to download and play them on their own devices, because the Console system does not have a native video player. But the easier way is to simply upload and store your video files on services like YouTube, Vimeo, Amazon S3 and use the links to the videos to embed them into the Console with the "Insert Media" icon in the Console editor menu (with the filmstrip). The embedding can also be done with the embed codes YouTube, Vimeo or Amazon S3 provide, if you are proficient enough with HTML code. The embedding of the videos by either method (link or code) will make so that they play inside the Console.
3) Audio and video in communications: Usually you will not be able to embed audio or video files into your emails, newsletters or autoresponders, so that they can play inside the client's email inbox. It is not a limitation from the Console, but a worldwide regulation of email service providers, in order to avoid email security issues. So, you can only provide links to your audio and/or video files in emails, that will open in a different browser tab for the client to listen to/watch.
