Can the Reminder Email for the To Do list be sent to someone other than the coach who owns the Console?

The To Do reminder uses the "Appt Reminder Email Address", the same one as the appointment reminders, so yes, if you want, a different coach can get the To Do reminders from you. You can set the "Appt Reminder Email Address" in My Account > Communication Settings.
