What types of email notifications does the coach and the clients receive from the Console?

As a coach, you receive appointment reminders, notifications for when clients fill out forms, enter client logs or replies in course discussion boxes, copies of invoices (should you choose to), notifications when someone subscribes via an Opt-In forms or registers. Clients receive from your appointment notifications and reminders (should you choose to send them), Client Log entry notifications, session notes for appointments, invoices (should you choose to send them), emails, newsletters, autoresponders.

    I was trying to understand how the "notifications" field in the client profile differed from the "session" and "reminder" field. This article wasn't specific enough to explain that. Thanks!
